What usually happens
Brokers show you 15, 20, 30 flats. We share floor plans and flat numbers, arrange keys and take time away from other clients. You like a unit. Then a Vastu consultant visits, finds "one issue", and the deal is gone.
Be practical
A 100% Vastu property in a Mumbai building does not exist, not in Andheri and not anywhere. If you need 100%, the only way is a plot and your own bungalow. And if you are renting for 2–3 years, please be practical: thousands of families live happily in these buildings.
