These terms apply when you use casaideal.in, enquire with us, or use the services of Casa Ideal Real Estate ("Casa Ideal", "we", "us"). By doing so, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Casa Ideal Real Estate is a real estate brokerage run by its proprietor, Chirag S. Chhabria, a registered real estate agent with MahaRERA (Agent Reg. No. A51800000642). Office: 206 Marvel X-18 CHS Ltd, Shastri Nagar Lane No. 2, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400053.
2. Our services
We advise clients on buying, selling, renting, leasing and investing in property. We act as a broker between buyers, sellers, owners, tenants and developers. We are not the developer, builder or owner of the properties we show, unless we say so in writing.
3. Listing information
Property details on this website and in our messages (prices, sizes, configurations, floor plans, images, amenities, possession dates) are shared by developers and owners. They are indicative only, may change without notice and are not an offer. Images may be artist's impressions. Please verify every detail, including the project's MahaRERA registration, title and documents, before you commit.
4. Prices and availability
Prices and availability are not guaranteed. They are confirmed only when the developer or owner confirms them in writing.
5. Brokerage
Brokerage is charged as per our Brokerage policy and as agreed in writing for your deal. It is payable at registration or possession, whichever is earlier. There is no brokerage when you buy in a new project from the builder or developer through us.
6. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information, use this website lawfully, and do not misuse its forms or copy its content. Do your own checks and take independent legal and financial advice before buying, selling, renting or investing.
7. Website content
The text, design, logo, photos and videos on this website belong to Casa Ideal or are used with permission of their owners (project images belong to their developers). Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to share accurate information, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. Decisions to buy, sell, rent or invest are yours. To the extent the law allows, Casa Ideal is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website, reliance on listing information, or the acts of developers, owners, banks or other third parties.
9. Messaging (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp)
By sharing your number with us or enquiring with us, you agree to receive messages from Casa Ideal about your enquiry and relevant listings by SMS, RCS and WhatsApp. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@casaideal.in.
10. Other websites
Links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, developer websites and other sites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and policies apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
